Instructions:

2.Our support team will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
3.Follow the instructions that come with the label for shipping.
4.When the item arrives in our office, we will inspect it and issue a refund or send a replacement depending on your choice.

Note:

1. Do not send products back without contacting our support team for a pre-paid label.
2. Please send all original packaging and accessories including all warranty cards and product manuals along with the returned products.
3. Expedited shipping costs and Route Insurance will not be refunded.
4. Replacements will be shipped via Standard Ground or 2nd Day Air.
5. For returns after 30 days of the purchase date, please refer to our warranty policy.
